By creating an account or using SOSA AI you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
Owner responsibilities
If you operate a business on SOSA, you confirm you have the right to offer the services listed and to honor bookings made through the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings.
Customer responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate information when booking and to communicate respectfully with businesses.
SOSA AI
The SOSA assistant generates suggestions; owners remain responsible for any reply they approve and send. We don't guarantee AI output is error-free.
Fees & trials
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Trial periods convert to the selected plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOSA is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
